Reserving your car rental:
Online reservations are made quickly and easily, in only just three steps:
- Submit your arrival city, the date and where you would like to return the car in the reservation module.
- Choose the category and the insurance contract you want among the proposed choices.
- Click on [Reserve], fill out the formula and choose the preferred payment method: 'Pay before leaving' or 'Pay online' to save more!

Payment conditions:
If you selected the -Pay online- option, please note that the full amount of the invoice will be taken from your credit card upon confirmation of the car rental.
If you selected the -Pay before leaving- option, a deposit of 15% will be required upon confirmation of the car rental and the balance will be due 30 days before delivery.
If the booking takes place less than 30 days before the delivery, the full payment will be due upon confirmation of the car rental.
Without any full payment in due time, the car rental will automatically be cancelled.

To change your car rental reservation, nothing could be simplet, we are at your service. All you need to do is call 514-735-3083 toll free 1-800-361-1261 or chat online.
Important: any alterations may be subject to availability and price change. During the peak season, pick-up from June to September, the last-minute changes are more complex.
Attention: you must respect the planned meeting time for your car pickup. In the case that the time is not respected there will be additional fees and your car rental may no longer be available.
Extend your contract
You must notify the car rental company (Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Europcar and Hertz) directly if you wish to extend your journey.
Cancellation policy
Valid for bookings made from January 1, 2024.
72 hours or more prior the pick up date:
- Choice 1: A 5% fees will apply on the total amount of your rental and the balance of the paid amount will be refunded;
- Choice 2: No administration fees and a credit equivalent of the paid amount will be carried over to a new reservation for an indefinite period. Credit will be issued in the name of the original driver;
- No show: no refund allowed.
72 hours or less prior the pick up date:
- No refund allowed;
- No show: no refund allowed.
Advance vehicle return: no refund allowed.
